Chakra Meditation Journeys
The Chakra Journeys came about in January 2021 – where I received guidance to create meditations and design a series of classes that would assist people to really understand their own energy fields. And also to sense the nature of their auric field. The energy inputs from the cosmic fields were increasing at a much higher rate and this required more conscious integration of this incoming light. We needed more awareness of how to manage our energy on a day to day basis. And so began the process of crafting these.
The clarity of working with each chakra was greatly helped by my work with Henriette Maasdijk in Crystal Healing and Subtle Energy Medicine. (The Vibrational Healing Foundation in London). Integrating this wisdom and learning I brought in the elements of Earth, Water and Fire. The cleared the energy of the lower Chakras bringing a flow to the energy of the Heart which is in the element of Air. The journeys to these elements in Nature is part of the transformation, part of the healing.
Chakra and Energy Clearing – series one
This is a series of four meditation journeys with the Lower Chakras and the Heart. They are profound and deep and aim to bring awareness and healing to the patterns in your energy system. With some detailed work on your aura, grounding and protection, these meditations will help to clear and strengthen your energy fields.

- The Solar Plexus
- The Heart
Each meditation is in two parts – the clearing of the chakra and the clearing of the energy body associated with that chakra. The focus will be to strengthen your energy fields and anchor new light.

Chakra and Energy Clearing – series two
When the lower chakras are cleared and strengthened, the energy of your heart will flow more freely with light and compassion. In series two the flow of light is further integrated with the clearing of the upper chakras and the Crown.
This is a series of four meditation journeys with the Upper Chakras and the Healed Heart. They are profound and deep and aim to bring awareness and healing to the patterns in your energy system.
This sequence starts with the Third Eye; moves down to the Throat and then to the Healed Heart where you are moving to an expanded heart. Then we will finish with the Crown which brings in a subtle energy of Divine Light. The four corresponding energy bodies in the aura are also a part of each meditation.

Integrating Chakra Energies
The upper Chakras correspond to a much higher vibration of energy and in Shamanism they correspond to the energies of the ‘Upper World’. This spiritual energy is accessed more easily if the lower Chakras have been cleared and anchored well in the body. The energy of the lower Chakras is connected with the ‘lower world ‘ in shamanism and is associated with the integration of ‘power’ as a force of spirit and the strengthening of the physical body. And the energy of all of the Chakras can be integrated in the healed heart.
And all of these Chakra Journeys are helpful to you because when your own energy fields are vibrating at a higher level and cleared of old patterns – you bring your light into the world.
This is where we are moving to in a ‘New Earth’. The highest level of heart energy that is healed and integrated with the soul.
