Chakra & Energy Clearing – series Two
About this Journey
Completing your journey – A strong new light within you.
This is a series of four meditation journeys with the Upper Chakras and the Healed Heart. They are profound and deep and aim to bring awareness and healing to the patterns in your energy system.
This sequence starts with the Third Eye; moves down to the Throat and then to the Healed Heart where you are moving to an expanded heart. Then we will finish with the Crown which brings in a subtle energy of Divine Light. The four corresponding energy bodies in the aura are also a part of each meditation.
1. The Third Eye
2. The Throat
3. The Healed Heart
4. The Crown
Each meditation is in two parts – the clearing of the chakra and the clearing of the energy body associated with that chakra. Each is about 35 – 40 mins. The focus will be to strengthen your energy fields and anchor new light.
This is very fine energy and high vibration – working with the subtle realms. The tone is soft and quiet. And without music. Going inward to hear your own music.
As this series builds on the first Series of Chakra journeys, the Intention is to complete your journey with the Chakras and leave you with the confidence to keep track of your own energy signatures on a regular basis.

Petra Carroll –
“Wow! that was so gentle and deep, connecting me to the feminine using colours and cosmo energy in a beautiful, powerful way. How do you do that Kate. I absolutely loved it. The throat chakra was so learning for me. I connected to it like never before. Through colour and vibration. Just amazing.”
