Chakra & Energy Clearing – series one
About this Journey
Clearing a path to the heart – with voice and music.
This is a series of four meditation journeys with the Lower Chakras and the Heart. They are profound and deep and aim to bring awareness and healing to the patterns in your energy system. With some detailed work on your aura, grounding and protection, these meditations will help to clear and strengthen your energy fields.
1. The Base Chakra & physical energy body,
2. The Sacral & emotional energy body;
3. The Solar Plexus & mental energy body;
4. The Heart & higher mental body
