Deep Winter Healing Journeys
About this Journey
This is a series of four guided shamanic journeys to support you to enter into the winter dreaming time.
They can be used for rest and regeneration in any season.
1. Starlight,
2. Winter Spirits
3. Waiting
4. New Light
For nourishment, transformation and new light.
Each journey builds on the one before.
Starting with Starlight –
we invite in the dreaming energy and healing with the stars.
You then journey to the ‘Cave’
to meet the Bear Grandmothers.
With their kindness and healing gifts
we are nourished, brightened and transformed.
The connection with the ‘right brain’ is important – and helps to move the attention away from the ‘thinking’ left brain, Allowing a greater connection with a wider Universe of possibilities.

Eleanor Edmond –
“Kate’s Deep Winter meditations have got me through this winter! They are beautifully recorded and designed to provide comfort, grounding, and insight. I find the journeys to the Bear Cave to be a practice that is easy to use but deepens with repetition. The music is an incredible bonus – Kate’s playing touches the soul directly. Highly recommended as a way of staying grounded and in tune with what matters in these troubling times.”
